I have to bring my vehicle to my insurance company’s claim center for an estimate?
You may choose to do this or your may leave your vehicle with us and ask the insurance company to complete the inspection here.
I have gotten two written estimates, why are there differences?
This is very common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary repairs or work. If you are not sure why there is a difference please ask us.
Do I have to get more than one estimate?
You are not required by law to obtain more than one estimate.
What is a Direct Repair program (DRP)?
A Direct Repair Program also known as a DRP, is where a collision shop and an auto insurance company work together to provide repairs for the customer.
We are a DRP for Farmers, Mercury and CSAA.
Can my insurance company require me to go to a particular shop?
No, By law you have the right to choose the shop of your choice.
How do I get a rental car?
We can arrange for Enterprise or Hertz to pick up at our shop at the time you are dropping off your vehicle. They also offer you to drop the rental car off with us upon picking up your completed vehicle.
Do you offer a warranty?
We back our workmanship for as long as you own the car and our paint has a manufacture5 year guarantee.
When do I need to pay my deductible?
Payment of your deductible is due at the time you pick up your vehicle. We except Check, Visa and Master card.
What are betterment charges?
Betterment charges, refers to parts that wear out such as tires, batteries and suspension parts. When these parts are replaced during the repair process charges are determined by you insurance company and the actual miles on your vehicle.
Is there anything I should know after I get my car painted?
You should not get your vehicle waxed or polished in the first 60 days.
